Reventazon Rafting Tour
Description
The drive from San Jose to the Reventazon River takes you through the Braulio Carrillo National Park, past rainforest, waterfalls and across the continental divide to the Caribbean side of Costa Rica. Before we begin our adventure you will enjoy a typical Costa Rican breakfast.
The Reventazon River Rafting, Florida section is a class II-III. A big water run perfect for adventures who want some excitement! The Florida section is one of the fastest and best 10 miles of class III rapids you will ever paddle. There are two halves of the river with the first hour of your journey filled with large waves and rapids. The second half is a little more relaxed as the river enters the lower Caribbean, the surroundings begin to look more like the jungle with lush plant life and abundant wildlife.
At the end of your adventure you will enjoy a great local lunch and enjoy the showers, and local souvenir shop.
