Day 1 — Getting to Drakes Bay

Breakfast in Drakes Bay- Pinino private boat to Cano Island- Snorkeling - San Josesito Beach and Lunch

Day 1
Our tour begins with navigating the mangroves of the Rio Sierpe, The Sierpe mangroves are the largest of all Latin America. It is special to both the people and animals that live here. In no other part of the world will you find this variety of wildlife. Our tour through the Mangroves will introduce you to spot some amazing mangrove wildlife like toucans, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys, sloths, and many more species.
After 1 hour we will arrive at our hotel in Drake Bay
Drake Bay (Drake Bay) is a small bay on the north side of the Osa Peninsula on the southwestern coast of Costa Rica.
This bay is believed to be a port used by Sir Francis Drake during his raids on the main Spanish in the 16th century and the location of one of the legendary hidden treasures of the British pirate.
The main city of Drake Bay is Agujitas and it has a population of around 1,000 inhabitants.
Day 2
Visiting the Isla del Cano Biological Reserve and snorkeling is a dream that can come true, Isla del Cano is the second most important Marine Sanctuary after Isla del Coco, it is simply a unique place.
Early in the morning after breakfast we will board the private boat with Captain Pinino that will take us for 1 hour to our destination island. Caño Island is located in Corcovado Bay (Corcovado Bay) in Osa 10 miles (16 km) west of Punta Llorona and is 123 meters (404 feet) high.
Two Snorkeling sessions at Isla del Cano
The real beauty of Caño Island is not found on the surface but under the water. The pristine waters of this island are some of the bluest in the country and are home to a spectacular variety of marine flora and fauna as well as glorious coral reefs.
Named one of the best diving spots in the world, the Caño Island Biological Reserve is also home to a wide variety of fish, whales, and sharks.
With fantastic underwater visibility, one can see sea turtles, dolphins, rays, moray eels, barracudas, tuna and groupers swimming along with a wide variety of sharks and humpback whales on any given day.
After doing the best snorkeling tour of our lives we will visit another paradise called Playa San Josesito.
In Playa San Josesito we will enjoy lunch and the sun until we arrive at Drake Bay again at sunset.
Day 6 — Return to real life
